Technology. Good or Bad?

Being in a long distance relationship, I rely a lot on technology. From text messages, to phone calls, emails, and IM's. Most of the times, these are the helpful tools for us to connect and stay in touch. I am grateful for these; but in some random occasions, they could be the one who sparked trouble between us by creating a miscommunication. Lost text messages, lost e-mails, online signage while actually offline. Weird things. It's a space for improvements, I guess, however you want to think of it.
